Meet Your Chef
The true passion behind Casa Fabesso's cuisine comes from Chef Roberto. Born near Venice Italy he grew up playing and working in the family garden and vineyard. His love of great Italian food and fresh organic produce led him to achieve a degree in agriculture before going on to study, train and work as a chef.
He has traveled the world from Europe to Australia, North America and Asia working in some of the finest hotels and restaurants. He has also owned restaurants in both Italy and Spain and worked in the culinary profession in London, Amsterdam and even Beijing China. His latest venture is Casa Fabesso at Reed Point Marina on Canada's beautiful west coast. |
